Teza Is currently the CISO at The RealReal where he is responsible for Information Security, Privacy, Fraud, and IT-SOX Compliance and successfully implemented key controls in preparation for the NASDAQ IPO event in June 2019.

Prior to The RealReal, he was in key roles at Upwork (Head of Infosec, went public in Oct 2018), ebay/PayPal build Security, Privacy and Enterprise risk programs.

Ravi Khatod is founder & CEO, CloudVector, where he drives the vision and adoption of its next-generation API security solution. Previously, Khatod was CEO of Agari, where his leadership grew the company 300% in 2 years. Khatod has spent nearly two decades as a market-leading executive at companies such as Bromium, AppSense, as well as VP of Sales at IronPort Systems, and CipherTrust. Khatod earned his MBA from UCLA,  Anderson and BA from UC Santa Barbara.
